My name is Paul
Well the main aim of this site is to offer a 28mm miniature painting service mainly Napoleonic but i will take commisions for any minatures or models over 28mm anything considered i will be mainly using Front Rank Foundry and Perry miniatures.both metal and plastic miniatures also Victrix miniatures
I have always enjoyed painting miniature figurines or toy soldiers if you prefer i have been painting models and mainly 15mm and 28mm napoleonic miniature figures for about 22 years and some games workshop warhammer figures on and off i just like to see well painted wargaming figures on the gaming table battlefield as your troops face the glory of victory or the torment of defeat after all you paid hard earned money for them so you want them to be admired on the wargame table as well as in the display cabinet.
I have always had a fascination of historical soldiers since i was a kid and i guess i never grew up my personal favourites are the miniature 28mm napoleonic in all those splendid colouful uniforms they just look great.
To be honest im not really a wargamer i just enjoy painting the miniature figures but i do admire the dedication and knowledge of those who do and the miniatures created for this purpose are miniature works of art ( in my opinion that is ) that deserve to be well painted and that is one of the reasons i have decided to do this 28mm miniature painting service for mainly Napoleonic miniatures to start with mainly from the Front Rank Foundry and Perry 28mm napoleonic miniature range of napoleonic Miniatures mainly the forces at Waterloo 1815 and also peninsula napoleonic
I have listed on my shop page details of the units i am currently doing for my miniature figurine painting service these are 24 figure units in metal and 24 man units in hard plastic from the Font Rank,Foundry, victrix ,calpe and perry miniatures range but i would consider doing larger or smaller units on request just email me and ask i will consider any period all questions are welcome and will be answered honest

I am now basing all 28mm painted units on 3mm thick mdf pre cut bases 4 or 6 miniatures to a 40mm x 40mm base and skirmish units will be based 2 or 3 miniatures to a 40mm x 20mm base

I am now going to use the excelent GMB flags for all the units they are of exceptional quality
please if you require a miniature or miniatures painting warhammer / fantasy / model kits of any period please email me but i am mainly offering this miniature painting service for 28mm miniatures and above at this time but i will consider 15mm for my miniature painting service any period considered

 A new product from Mantic 28mm scale hard plastic miniatures they have released a few sets starting with the elves featuring hail of arrows the elven bowmen shield wall the elves spearmen
the scouts the bolt thrower and in different sized units
they are from the couple i was sent as samples very nice miniatures they come as you may have already guessed on sprues so various poses are possible the are nicely based and the sets include transfers for the shields
another plus is that they arrive in a video style cases that also serve as a convenient way of safely transporting your painted miniatures of to war so to speak
there are more releases planned including the undead and more elven units plus metal character miniatures
if you would like any of these painted i would be happy to paint them for you at £5.00 per miniature basing included plus the cost of the miniatures you can of course select your colour scheme but if you purchase them yourself you can send them in to me

i have quickly painted up a couple of sample scouts that i was given but as for colour scheme you are limited only by your imagination
i will be painting up my own figures from the range the shield war spearmen put some pics up when i complete them |
 here are the spearmen of the elven shield wall as
you can see i have assembled the miniatures there
was some mould lines to remoe but nothing major
the arms fit to the body with no hassle the shields
all but 1 in this unit were already attached so
not too much assembly required really
they have been undercoated black as i am
looking towards a mettalic theme but not your
typical high elves looking to do something much
darker
